Cancellation & No-Show

We value your time and our commitment to providing exceptional service to all our clients. If you need to cancel an appointment, we kindly request a minimum of 24 hours’ notice. Clients who provide such notice will receive full credit at our clinic. However, we do not offer refunds for cancelled or no-show appointments.

Last-minute appointment changes can be accommodated if an alternative service time is available, and it does not inconvenience other clients.

Late Arrival Policy

While we understand that unforeseen delays can occur, we strive to provide the best experience for all our clients. If you arrive late for your appointment, we will do our utmost to accommodate your full session. However, please note that this may not always be possible.

To ensure that other clients are not inconvenienced, service time may need to be abbreviated. Please be aware that treatments are charged at their full value.

Any last-minute changes to appointments can only be honoured if an alternative service appointment time is available later in the day, and it does not disrupt other scheduled clients. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation.

Maintaining a Quiet Environment

To ensure a peaceful and relaxing atmosphere for all our clients, we kindly request that conversations are kept at a low volume. Please turn off mobile phones upon entering the clinic.

Special Conditions

For your safety and well-being, please inform us of any specific concerns or conditions, such as high blood pressure, unique physical considerations, diabetes, or pregnancy, when booking your treatments. Upon check-in, all clients will be asked to complete a consultation form designed with your health in mind.

Please note that all sales of services, retail products, and gift vouchers are final, and no refunds will be provided.

Age Requirement

Children are welcome to enjoy our treatments when accompanied by an adult.

Gift Vouchers

Gift vouchers for our treatments are available and make wonderful presents. However, please be mindful that they are not replaceable if lost or stolen. Gift vouchers have a one-year expiration from the purchase date and are solely redeemable for treatments. They cannot be applied to retail products. All sales of gift vouchers are final, and refunds are not provided.


Our packages are designed to provide you with flexibility and value. Here are some important details regarding our packages:

  • Package Expiry: Packages are valid for one year from the date of purchase.
  • Non-Cash Redemption: Packages cannot be exchanged for cash or used to acquire other goods or services.
  • Non-Transferable: Packages are specific to the individual and cannot be shared or transferred to others.
  • Fixed Timings: The timings selected for packages are final and cannot be split into multiple sessions.
  • Non-Refundable: Packages are non-refundable, even in cases of medical circumstances.
  • Expiry Date Extension: We do not extend the expiry dates of packages for any reason.
  • Right to Decline: We reserve the right to refuse a package if we have reasonable grounds to believe it was obtained fraudulently.
  • Changes to Terms: We may update these Terms & Conditions at our discretion.
  • Proof of Payment: Please note that packages do not serve as proof of payment.

Dress Code

Our clinic is a shared and coed space, so we kindly request that proper attire be worn at all times. Proper attire includes having a towel around the waist or chest while on the premises. Nudity is not permitted anywhere in our facilities. To enhance your experience, we provide towels and flip flops for your convenience during your visit.

Therapist Assignments

While we will do our utmost to accommodate your preferences, we cannot guarantee the availability of a specific therapist or gender. Rest assured that all our therapists are highly trained in both treatment techniques and draping protocols to ensure your comfort throughout your session. Your well-being is our top priority.
