Helena Batlle Argimon
- Tui Na Massage Therapist & Holistic Wellness Practitioner
Helena Batlle Argimon studied Tui Na massage at Purebei Healthcare, where she earned her Diploma in Chinese Medical Massage in 2024. She also completed a CPD course on Five Elements Chinese Medicine and has been practising Qigong since 2022 under the guidance of Shifu Martine Niven.
Helena is excited to be joining the Purebei Healthcare team, bringing her passion for holistic health and deep understanding of Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) to support patients on their healing journey. She looks forward to applying her Tui Na expertise, using ancient techniques to help alleviate pain, promote balance, and improve overall well-being.
Her journey into holistic health began in Barcelona in the early 1990s, driven by a deep interest in alternative wellness approaches. Helena initially explored Shiatsu massage to support her family’s health while using self-acupressure to enhance her own. She was also introduced to the Macrobiotic diet at Mas Serinyà (Girona), where she learned the significance of balancing yin and yang in nutrition and health—an approach that complements her Tui Na practice.
Over the past three decades, Helena has cultivated physical, mental, and emotional harmony through regular practice of Hatha and Ashtanga yoga, and she continues her dedication with weekly Iyengar and Vinyasa yoga classes alongside her Qigong training. Her passion for holistic wellness extends into medical Qi Gong, where she is developing her skills to become an instructor. She aims to help the elderly and individuals with chronic conditions improve their health and well-being through mindful movement and energy work.
Helena is thrilled to contribute her expertise to the Purebei team and is eager to help clients discover the transformative benefits of Tui Na and other TCM modalities.
