She was also introduced tothe Macrobiotic diet at Mas Serinyà (Girona), where she learnt the significance of balancing yin and yang in nutrition and health– an approach that complements her Tui Na practice.
Over the past three decades, Helena has cultivated physical, mental, and emotional harmony through regular practice of Tai Chi, Ashtanga, Vinyasa and Hatha yoga, and she continues her dedication with weekly Iyengar yoga sessions alongside her QiGong training. Her passion for holistic wellness extends into medical Qi Gong, where she is developing her skills to become an instructor. She aims to help the elderly and individuals with chronic conditions improve their health and well-being through mindful movement and energy work.
